broseph.ai is run by Castilloworks LLC, based in San Antonio, Texas. "We" and "us" on this page mean Castilloworks LLC. broseph.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.
By watching the videos, reading the newsletter or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Education, not advice
The videos and the newsletter are educational. They show publicly available, lawful tools and information so people can understand and reduce their own data exposure.
None of it is legal advice, security consulting, or financial advice. If you're dealing with identity theft, stalking or a legal problem, talk to a professional or the right authority. In the US, IdentityTheft.gov is a good place to start.
Look yourself up
Use these tools on yourself, or with the person's permission.
Looking up your own exposure is the point. Using these tools to stalk, harass, threaten, defraud, dox or secretly track another person is not okay, may be a crime where you live, and is the opposite of what the account teaches. You are responsible for how you use anything you learn here, and for following the laws where you are and the terms of each tool.
Not a background check
We are not a consumer reporting agency, and nothing we show is a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Don't use information from the videos, or from the tools they show, to decide on anyone's employment, housing, credit, insurance, or any other eligibility. Those decisions need a properly regulated screening service.
Other people's tools
The tools in the videos belong to their owners. They change without notice, they come with their own terms and privacy policies, and we don't control them. Before you type your details into any tool, read what it does with them.
A tool being featured means it worked as shown on the day we filmed. It isn't a promise that it still works, that it's safe for your situation, or that it handles your data well. Tool names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are shown only to identify them.
Sponsorships and affiliates
Some videos are sponsored, and some links are affiliate links that pay us a commission if you sign up or buy. Here's how we handle that:
- Paid posts are labeled. Sponsored content uses Instagram's paid partnership label or a clear #ad, where you can see it without tapping "more".
- Affiliate links are marked wherever they appear, including in the newsletter.
- Sponsors see drafts, they don't write the videos. We say what the tool actually does, including limits we find.
- Only tools we would show for free get a sponsored spot. Being paid doesn't buy a recommendation.
- Free products sent to us for review are disclosed the same way as paid ones.
We follow the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides. If you think a post isn't labeled well enough, email us and we'll fix it.
Privacy on this site
castilloworks.ai/broseph is a plain web page. Here is everything it does with your data:
- No tracking cookies and no analytics. We don't run ad pixels, analytics scripts, or cross-site trackers, and we don't use third-party embeds.
- Fonts are served from this site, so loading the page doesn't send your details to a font company.
- Our host sees basic request data. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes things like your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Cloudflare may set a short-lived, strictly necessary security cookie if it has to check whether a visitor is a bot. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- The sand is just math in your browser. Playing with it doesn't record or send anything.
- The sponsor form sends nothing. It only opens your own email app with a message filled in. Nothing reaches us unless you press send there.
We don't sell or share personal information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising. Instagram is governed by Meta's privacy policy, not this one.
Email and the Vault
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and we keep them as long as the conversation needs, plus normal business records. The Vault newsletter is sent through a newsletter service; its signup page shows that service's privacy terms. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link.
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete what we hold about you by emailing hello@castilloworks.ai. We'll answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California, or the EU and UK), you may have further rights, and we'll honor them.
Kids
The account, the newsletter and this site are for adults and are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
Our content, your content
The videos, writing and design of broseph.ai are © Castilloworks LLC. You're welcome to share links to them. Please don't re-upload the videos or pass them off as your own.
If you think something we posted uses your work without permission, or shows your personal information and you want it removed, email hello@castilloworks.ai with the link and what you'd like changed. We take these requests seriously and act on them quickly.
When you comment or message the account on Instagram, Instagram's terms apply to what you post.
No guarantees
Everything here is provided "as is". We try to get it right, but tools change and we can make mistakes. To the fullest extent the law allows, Castilloworks LLC isn't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the videos, the newsletter, this site, or any tool shown in them. Some places don't allow these limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Texas law, changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Bexar County, Texas, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
We may update this page. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Big changes will also be mentioned on the account or in the newsletter.
