Start with the work.

Start with a task you need to improve: preparing a quote, finding information, drafting content, or working with product images. Then decide whether a custom model, an existing tool, or a simpler process fits.

The first step is to define the task, review your constraints, and test a small example before committing to a larger build.

01

Fit the tool to the task.

Custom training can help with specific material, such as product images. It is considered when an existing tool does not meet the requirements.

02

Plan for your data.

Local models are an option for work that needs to stay on your hardware. Hosting and outside services are agreed before project data is sent.

03

Test before expanding.

Use representative examples to check the output, running costs, and limits. Review what works before adding more scope.

What we do.

Projects can focus on one task or combine the services below. Scope and price are agreed before work starts.

Specialized AI models

Models trained or configured for your material and task, such as product images, catalog information, or writing assistance. Hosting can be local or in the cloud, depending on the requirements.

AI tools and automations

Help with quotes, intake, follow-ups, content drafts, and reports. The project includes testing on agreed examples and a written handoff guide.

Trend briefings

A short written briefing on developments relevant to your business, with options to test, likely costs, and known limitations.

Working together.

  • Direct contact with the founder. Project questions and decisions have a clear point of contact.
  • Written scope. Scope, price, timeline, and ownership are agreed before work starts.
  • Ownership agreed up front. Paid deliverables made specifically for you belong to you, subject to the project agreement and applicable third-party licenses.
  • No permanent equity. Revenue share only by a separate signed agreement, capped, and after your attorney or accountant has read it.
  • Your project data stays confidential. It is used for your project and is not used to train models for other clients.
  • No guaranteed business results. AI output needs review. The commitment is to the work described in the agreement.

Common questions.

Do I need to understand AI?

No. You need to understand your business. Explaining the technology in plain English is our job, and every handoff comes with a written guide.

Where does my data go?

Data handling is agreed before work begins. Local models may be an option; any outside AI service is identified before project material is sent.

What if AI isn't the answer?

Then we say so, usually in the first conversation. Sometimes the fix is a better form or a cleaner spreadsheet, and hearing that costs you nothing.

Do you guarantee results?

No sales, revenue, or other business outcome is guaranteed. The project agreement defines the work to be delivered.
