The firm

Castilloworks Consulting is a consulting service operated by Castilloworks LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in San Antonio, Texas. Governing law is the State of Texas.

How engagements work

Every project runs on a written agreement that sets the scope, price, timeline, and who owns what. Everything on this site, including the pricing, the project builder, and the sample work, is general information and not a contract. If this page and your signed agreement ever differ, the agreement wins.

Pricing, payment, and refunds

Published prices apply to the Maker to Market steps as described on the consulting page. AI projects are quoted in writing before work begins. Fixed-price steps are paid before work starts. If we can't deliver what was agreed, you get your money back for the part we didn't deliver. Work that has been delivered as agreed isn't refundable.

Revenue share

A revenue share, such as the Launch Build option, exists only under a separate signed agreement that states the percentage, what counts as net sales, how long it lasts, and the cap. We don't take permanent equity in a client's business. We recommend you have an attorney or accountant review any revenue-share agreement before you sign it.

Ownership

Your product designs, your brand, and the material you bring stay yours. Deliverables made specifically for you, including brand assets, websites, and models trained on your material, belong to you once they're paid for in full. We keep our general methods, templates, and tools. We may describe the kind of work we did for you as a sample, but only with your name, branding, and private details removed, unless you agree otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality and your data

What you share for a project is kept confidential and used only for that project. We don't use your material to train models for anyone else. If a project needs an outside AI service, we tell you which one before anything is sent, and that service's own terms apply to what it receives. When a project ends, we return or delete your material on request.

AI output

AI models make mistakes, including models trained on your own material. You're responsible for reviewing what an AI tool produces before you rely on it, publish it, or send it to customers. Trend briefings are informed opinion about a fast-moving field, not predictions. Nothing we deliver is legal, tax, financial, or medical advice.

No guaranteed results

We don't guarantee sales, revenue, followers, search rankings, funding, retail placement, or any other business result. We commit to delivering the agreed scope, completely and as described. To the extent Texas law allows, our total responsibility for any project is limited to the fees you paid for that project.

Privacy

This site sets no cookies and uses no cross-site trackers, and collects nothing that identifies you. The project builder runs in your browser and only writes an email in your own mail app; it stores and sends nothing by itself. If you email us, what you send is used to respond and do business with you, nothing else. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard, non-identifying technical data, such as IP addresses and aggregate visit counts, to serve, secure, and understand traffic to the site.
