Who’s behind it

Iron Star Property Crew is run by Joseph Castillo, the founder of Castilloworks, in San Antonio. There’s no dispatcher, no rotating crew of strangers with a badge printer — the person who walks your property to build the quote is the same person doing the route, and his name is on the company.

The name is the standard: show up like a star, do iron-grade work, leave the place better than you found it.

How we work

Doorstep collection runs on a set nightly schedule, five nights a week, so residents learn the rhythm and lean on it. Grounds passes happen in daylight, when problems are visible. Everything is logged, and anything unusual on the property — a busted gate, a dumped mattress, a breezeway light out — gets reported to your office instead of walked past.

We own our truck, trailer, and equipment outright. No rented gear, no subcontractors, no waiting on a corporate office two time zones away.
