The entity

Iron Star Property Crew is a service operated by Castilloworks LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in San Antonio, Texas. Governing law is the State of Texas.

Service terms

Quotes are estimates based on the information a community provides — unit count, layout, and access — and are not a contract. Actual service is governed by a written service agreement signed with each community, which controls schedule, scope, pricing, and termination. If anything on this site differs from your signed agreement, the agreement wins.

Doorstep collection covers properly bagged household trash placed out within the community’s posted rules. We may decline items that are hazardous, loose, leaking, or unsafe to handle, and we’ll flag them to management instead. Service may pause for severe weather or unsafe conditions; missed nights are made up or credited per the service agreement.

Responsibility

We’re not responsible for conditions that existed before our first pass, for items residents leave out that aren’t household trash, or for areas the service agreement doesn’t cover. Anything we damage through our own work, we make right — tell us within 48 hours and we’ll handle it directly with your office.

Privacy

This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers. If you email or call, what you send is used to respond and do business with you — nothing else. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to serve and secure the site.
